The Computrac ® MAX 2000XL is an advanced moisture/solids analyzer that combines the precision of a laboratory instrument with the durability and speed required of a production-floor unit. Using the latest digital balance technology, the MAX 2000XL offers a level of performance not available from other loss-on-drying analyzers. It accurately detects moisture levels from 50 ppm to 100%, and accommodates sample weights of 150 mg to 40 grams.

Advanced Heating, Superior Results: The advanced heat control program of the MAX 2000XL brings the test sample up to a constant, programmable temperature in less than two minutes. The heating range of the MAX 2000XL is 25°C to 275°C, controlled to an accuracy of +/-1°C. The temperature can be verified and automatically calibrated using an optional NIST-traceable module. As the moisture is driven from the sample, the instrument automatically weighs and calculates the percent moisture or solids with final results available in as little as two minutes. The MAX 2000XL also uses Arizona Instrument's pioneering method of automatically predicting an accurate test end point, thus providing totally unattended operation.

Easy-To-Use Interface: A new graphical, interactive user interface replaces the standard display to further revolutionize this instrument. It is easily programmed from the front panel menu system. Advanced computer circuitry enables the MAX 2000XL to plot test dynamics in real time and provide statistical calculations. Data is automatically stored, but can also be sent directly to a printer or PC.

New, Bi-Directional Communication: A new Windows-based interface offers bidirectional PC communication for use with lab QC programs, spreadsheets and to expand data and program storage.

Call Today: Accuracy, speed, ease-of-use and durability make the MAX 2000XL ideal for both the lab and the production floor.
