The advanced Squirrel 1600 datalogger offers high accuracy measurement on up to 24 inputs, and eight outputs for generation of control signals and alarms.
  • Eight 3- or 4-wire inputs, or 16 differential inputs, or 24 single-ended inputs
  • Two pulse count channels and eight digital inputs
  • Six FET and two relay outputs
  • Advanced programming for automatic triggering allowing highly selective data gathering
  • High-capacity on-board flash memory is 2M byte, equivalent to 500K readings
  • PCMCIA capability
  • Free Windows set-up software
  • Download to a PC, either locally or via modem at up to 38.4kbaud, into Squirrelwise Plus for Windows, or Excel, Lotus and other spreadsheets.
The Squirrel 1600 accepts:
 thermocouple types J, K, N, R, S, T with reference junction compensation

thermistor, Grant types U, Y, S

resistance thermometer types Pt100, Pt1000, Ni100, Ni1000,
3- or 4-wire resistance up to 13kohm and 2-wire resistance up to 300kohm

current, including 4-20mA loop

semiconductor sensors AD590, LM335, LM34/35 via engineering units

bridges - quarter, half and full, with voltage excitation.
