The Grant chocolate temper recorder produces a high resolution cooling curve for a sample of chocolate, from which the degree of temper can be assessed.

The chocolate temper recorder is supplied as part of a complete test kit in a carrying case. The kit comprises mains or battery powered recorder, probe, vacuum container, sample holders and charts. Batteries and battery holder are supplied with the portable version.
