Piezoresistive Pressure Transducer Series 15
Piezoresistive pressure transducers with flush diaphragm. Flush diaphragms are used in applications where minimal dead volumes or very high frequencies are required or if the diaphragm could become incrusted by the media.

Specifications apply for 4 mAPressure Ranges 0,1...1000 bar (abs./rel.) Linearity typ. < 0,25 % FS max. < 0,5 % FS
Comp. Temp. Range 0...50°C -10...80°C T.C. of Zero < 0,05 mV / °C < 0,1 mV / °C T.C. of Sensitivity < 0,01 % / °C < 0,02 % / °C Long Term Stability typ. 1 mV 2 mV Signal Ranges: 0,1...1 bar: 400 mV / bar
Ranges: 2...1000 bar: 600...1000 mV FS
Note: For best linearity, the full scale signal should be kept low. At 100 mV FS, linearity of 0,1% is realisable. For highest performance with digital compensation, signals of 500...700 mV FS give best results. Silicon sensors start to fail at 600 mV, most at 750 mV, with extremes at 1000 mV at 1 mA excitation.
