Piezoresistive Pressure Transducer Series 16 W for Level Measurements

Piezoresistive level transducers.
Long term tested OEM transducers Series PR-10 are mounted with the compensation resistors in a steel housing. A steel cap protects the steel diaphragm of the transducer, yet allows the water free access to it. Leak tight cable connection to the housing. The vent tube is in the cable. These gages are designed for continuous submersible applications.

T.C. of Zero < 0,05 mV / °C < 0,1 mV / °C
T.C. of Sensitivity < 0,01 % / °C < 0,02 % / °C
Long Term Stability typ. 1 mV 2 mV
Signal

Ranges: 0,1...1 bar: 400 mV / bar

Ranges: 2...20 bar: 600...1000 mV FS

Note: For best linearity, the full scale signal should be kept low. At 100 mV FS, linearity of 0,1% is realisable. For highest performance with digital compensation, signals of 500...700 mV FS give best results. Silicon sensors start to fail at 600 mV, most at 750 mV, with extremes at 1000 mV at 1 mA excitation.
