The Series 9 pressure sensor is the most economic version for pressure ranges from 100 mbar to 200 bar. The standard version is supplied with connecting pins (leadouts are fitted only on request) and the serial number is not engraved. Note: For best linearity, the full scale signal should be kept low. At 100 mV FS, linearity of 0,1% is realisable. For highest performance with digital compensation, signals of 500...700 mV FS give best results. Silicon sensors start to fail at 600 mV, most at 750 mV, with extremes at 1000 mV at 1 mA excitation.
