The MM710 is used for on-line measurements of food products. The sensor has been designed to be simple to use and is precalibrated for your food process, requiring only a simple offset adjustment once installed on-line to ensure it matches the user's specific reference method.  Its long term stability and dependability make it the favorite choice of food processors and OEMs alike. The MM710 has been designed to measure all kinds of food products, such as snack foods, coffees, food powders, etc.

The Infralab is used at-line or in the QC laboratory by food processors to obtain rapid moisture results without needing to refer to the traditional, time consuming laboratory tests.  Infralab analyzes a sample for moisture, fat/oil, or protein in about 45 seconds and has been proven to be a reliable replacement for traditional methods. It is ideally suited for the typical food processing environment where literally hundreds of samples are processed every day as part of the quality control procedure.

NDC Infrared has very close relationships with the food industry and has responded to the changing measurement needs.  Recent measurement innovations include sugars, carbohydrates, and caffeine.
