PC6 Portable Pressure Calibration System

The PC6 Pressure Calibration System is a fully portable test laboratory, incorporating both the TP1 pneumatic pump with combined pressure and vacuum (-1 to 25 bar / -14.5 to 360 psi) for use with Mineral Oil, Water, Skydrol and other fluid media. The PC6 can be supplied separate pneumatic or hydraulic systems or as a complete package incorporating PC6 head, pneumatic pump, external pressure module, pressure relief valve, adaptor kit, hose and adaptor and external Windows based software included as standard.

For the accurate testing of pressure transmitters, pressure switches, pressure relief valves, pressure gauges, leak testing, etc.

PC6 (High Pressure Bias) Calibrator Head.
40 bar (600 psi), 200 bar (3000 psi), 350 bar (5000 psi), 700 bar (10 000 psi), 1000 bar (15 000 psi).
EPM (HP) External Pressure Module.

EPM (LP) External Pressure Module.

HTP1 Hydraulic Pump.
0 - 700 bar (10 000 psi), 0- 1000 bar (15 000 psi) options. Mineral Oil, Water, Skydrol options.
PRV12 Adjustable Pressure Relief Valve for HTP1. Set between 10 bar and 1000 bar (145 psi and 15 000 psi).
Adaptor Kit 7 piece adaptor kit and seals.
Hydraulic Hose Kit Quick Connect. 1000 bar, 15 000 psi working pressure for oil and water.
Battery Internal 6V NiCad rechargeable battery giving 8-10 hours continuous use.
7.25V, 120 mA charger.
