ZX7-500 Arc Welding Power Source

ZX7-500, adopting 3 - 380V ±20% power source, is an inverted arc welding power source with direct-current output. It has a wide range of output current from 25A to 520A. It is easy to obtain the best suitable arc force through the switches on the machine. The TIG welding with hold arc or gas controlled arc is available if it is necessary. The unload voltage is under 15V which is harmless to operator.

Outstanding Characteristics

1. Long distance operation. 35mm² copper wire for welding could be lasted to 200m when it works under 170A.
2. The output voltage damps to 5 - 15V automatically in the condition of open circuit.
3. Optional controlled-gas argon welding (current increase, controlled-gas damps)
4. With arc-striking current being adjustable, arc-striking rate of success is greatly improved.

1. Long distance pipeline and wire welding.
2. Gas-controlled TIG/hold arc TIG welding.
