The
design of this probe lends itself to be used in situations where access may be problematic with the Standard Weld Probe. It is also useful for the inspection of ground out areas where previous defects have been removed, or are in the process of being removed.
This probe is not fitted with a wear plate. A ceramic disc is built in the nose to protects the sensors.
Probes can be supplied with probe extension cables. Details on request.
